31 January 2013: For 6 months I have been refused employment because of this. For 6 months I have had to live with the destruction this has caused in spite of the fact that the entire case and charges were dismissed and “No Judgement” was the final decision. But the damage has been done. Meanwhile, Mrs. Olsen continues her own life and business, un-touched, un-scathed. Obviously, in Vermont, a person can say what-ever s/he wants about another, defame in any manner that happens to amuse at the moment, lie about another person, bring the law into their demented production and even the law will co-operate by participating in the devastation. This is, after all, what Mrs. Dianne/Dyan Olsen has done to me. And here is the proof, not only of the charges, but the fact that, even after months of having tried to procure the services of a “private lawyer” in Vermont (all of whom have done nothing but push me off with “I am sorry to hear of your misfortune…. We cannot take your case.”) even the Attorney General permits this insanity. So here, this is only a part of my response: to make public, the documents and the facts behind them.

21 August 2013: It has been over a year now since Diane Olsen of the Days Inn, Shelburne Vemont, falsely accused me of and had be charged with embezzlement. It has been 9 months since the case was dismissed, “No Judgement”, dropped. And yet, this accusation still haunts me each and every time I apply for a job, cross the border to HOME, or, at the odd times, have a conversation with someone. Meanwhile, Diane Olsen has been living her useless, coniving life as if nothing ever transpired, unscathed, free to be mistreat and abuse others in her own fashion. Her selfishness, her arrogance, her stupidity has essentially ruined MY life. And not one person, in all this time, has ever come forward to offer any kind of help to me. I will remember this event long into Eternity.
