1980: Met ZURI! at Dakota. Moved in with him330 3rd Avenue, 18G. 1981: Cyndi marries Tony. Zur and I are "invited" to service at Sacred Heart Church,Newburgh. I talked with no one all the while. - I defended Tony against the family. (Little did I know that he'd stab me in the back and inflict as much pain and discomfort as he humanly could some years later.)

1982: Latter part of this year, I moved toValentine AvenueGot the flat using rolled pennies that I cashed-in at the little store across 3rd Avenue. - Margie Bopp, Super. I really loved that place. - Liz and Patty P. came down to attend an "Anti Nuke" rally inCentral Park. They used every towel. I had little to no money. They complained that my hospitality was insufficient.

1983: 25 years old this year. - Oma died, April.CalvaryHospital. - Zuri became US citizen on the day of the funeral. We both attended. - Rollande and Viv came to Valentine Avenue. - Met Clark Shockley at Botanical Gardens. Dottie Kugler. Both ofDecatur Avenue.

1984: 17 June, Mom's birthday, began working at Calvary Hospital.

1985:

1986: Schmulik!!!!! - Lived at 1649 Bay Shore, out in Spencer Estates/Pelham Bay in The Bronx. The street was the sea wall on theEastchester Bay. It was truly stupendous!

1987: Went to Israel! Was supposed to move there. Had the flat: ben Yehudah 151, Tel Aviv. The phone: 3 245466 - Mom talked me out of making the move this year. - I had a really botched hernia surgery at Albert Einstein
Hospital in The Bronx this year. It would lead to the end of the relationship with Schmulik. I'm still heart-sick about it.

1988: I turn 33. - Mom dies 28 August. - I'm living on Bay Shore and working at Calvary Hospital.

1989: I think I met Mack at the end of this year via Joe Defelicibus.
